Additional Infomation About Product

The QSE114 with Phototransistors 1mA PHOTO TRANS is a MOSFET based optically isolated logic gate manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is composed of two N-channel MOSFETs connected in parallel. It has a built-in phototransistor with a peak sensitivity that is in the range of 1 milliamperes. It is especially suitable for small inputs, such as logic switches and TTL logic gates. The QSE114 provides 30V operating voltage and a 6mm minimum creepage distance. It also features voltage protection for the phototransistor output stage. The QSE114 consumes a low power source, with a power supply of 2mA maximum. Its output state is determined by the state of the phototransistor, and it is designed for operation over a temperature range of -40 to 125°C.
