.The MAX1555EZK+T with Maxim Integrated Battery Management Dual USBAC 1-Cell Li Battery Charger from Analog Devices is a highly efficient and advanced charger solution for a single cell Li-Ion or Li-Polymer battery. The device features an integrated USB charger and a constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) switch mode battery charger that provide up to 1.5A of battery charging current. It offers low charge voltage tolerance and fast charging times using USB power sources and wall power sources. Furthermore, the device includes an innovative over-temperature protection circuit and a Prog pin for programming the optimal fast-charge voltage. This device provides high efficiency, low levels of electromagnetic interference (EMI), and reduced board area. In addition, the integrated circuitry allows for continuous power path management, allowing existing system power to pass during the rest of with no disruption.
