The DG408DQ-T1-E3 is a Quad SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) Analog Switch from Vishay. This switch is designed for precision analog signal routing and can be used in low power and high performance applications. It has wide bandwidth and low ON resistance, making it ideal for use in precision data acquisition systems and automatic test equipment. It has a working voltage of 3.3 to 18 V and a supply current of 50 nA. The maximum ON resistance (RON) is 4 O and the off-channel leakage is -100 nA. The DG408DQ-T1-E3 has a maximum dielectric withstanding voltage of 30 V and a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW. It has a CMOS logic compatible enable and disable control that allows the entire device to be enabled or disabled with a single logic signal.
