The USBLC6-2P6 is a monolithic signal line protection component from STMicroelectronics. It has two protection channels, each of which is composed of two back-to-back TVS diodes connected in a common cathode configuration. The USBLC6-2P6 provides both ESD and surge protection up to an industry standard of 6kV contact and 8kV air discharge. It is designed for protecting low voltage signal lines, including USB, in applications such as USB hubs, peripherals, accessories, and other consumer electronics devices.
