It is a rail-to-rail protection device also suited for overshoot and undershoot suppression ISO7637-3: on sensitive logic inputs. Pulse 3a: V = -150V s The low capacitance of the DALC208SC6Y Pulse 3b: V = +100V s prevents significant signal distortion.
