The BTB08-600BRG is a 600 V, 6-pin mini-blade Triac power module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is used as a compact and low-cost integrated solution for applications such as lamp control, motor control, heating control and similar AC power interface solutions. The module features a TRIAC thyristor and integrated snubber, which provides enhanced EMI performance and operating temperature range. It is rated for up to 6A forward and 8A reverse-blocking current and comes in a UL94V-0 rated package.
