Additional Infomation About Product

The BD5230G-TR is a one-channel 5-SSOP Supervisor OR Open Drain/Open Collector manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. The device is used to manage power to a main circuit from an external power supply and as a reset control circuit in electronic systems. It ensures that power and reset signals reach the main circuit safely and provides protection for the device from potential input overshoots. The device operates at voltage as low as 1.62V and can be driven at up to 20V in open-drain mode. It has a fast response time of 1msec max, built-in hysteresis, and provides high accuracy in detecting power-supply under-voltage Dropout and reset control. Its high level of noise immunity makes it suitable for automotive and industrial application when noise and transients in the systems are expected.
