The M74VHC1GT02DFT2G is a dual-channel, high-speed, non-inverting, 14-pin, CMOS-based buffer/line driver made by ON Semiconductor. It features fast switching times (tpd = 9 ns at 3.3V, VCC = 5V) and rail-to-rail output swings. Its input and output logic levels are 5 V-tolerant and its logic stages use Schmitt-trigger inputs. With a voltage range of 2 V to 3.6 V and a maximum operating temperature of +125 °C, this device is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications.
