The FDY3000NZ is a N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor, manufactured by ON Semiconductor, that is used to amplify signals in circuits. It has two transistors, is unipolar, and is rated at 20V 0.6A and 0.625W, packaged in a SOT563. It is ideal for switching and amplifier applications where fast switching speeds are required. The FDY3000NZ uses a Source-Drain voltage of VGS(th) = 1 ~ 4 V and can handle breakdown voltage up to 20V when switching is performance is needed. It has an on-resistance RDS(ON) of max. 10mO and high switching speed. The FDY3000NZ is RoHS compliant, and Pb-free, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications.
