It contains two FPGA dies packaged together in a single 775-ballfine-pitch BGA (ball grid array) package, delivering 867K logic elements, 20,320Kbits of embedded block RAM, and 746,019 digital system gates for versatile design solutions. It is powered by Xilinx's 7th generation FPGA technologies, delivering up to 1.8x processing system performance over its predecessor, along with optimizations such as a dual AXI slave port for an efficient memory sub-system on the FPGA. It also features an enhanced logic block interconnect structure for connecting different functions together quickly. The Virtex-7 FPGA series is optimized for data-processing-intensive applications such as digital signal processing (DSP), high-speed memory and memory interfaces, and high-level protocol and packet processing. The XC7A75T-2FGG484I is suited for use in high-performance networking, broadcast, medical, aerospace and defense, industrial automation, wireless, and automotive applications.
