The TSOP38138 is an infrared (IR) receiver module from Vishay. It is designed for receiving and decoding information from standard 38 KHz IR remote control signals in consumer electronics applications. This module features an on-chip demodulator and demultiplexer, a low power consumption shutdown mode, and a high immunity for noise. The active receiving area is defined by 88.5 mm sampling window. This device is suitable for digital signal processing applications such as modulating of messages/waveforms.
