The MBR10100CL-TQ2-R is a Unisonic SBD with a TO-263-2 RoHS package. This device consists of two Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) with a low forward voltage drop of 0.46V. The maximum forward current of this device is 100A, making it suitable for applications where high currents are needed. The reverse leakage current of this diode is very low, making it ideal for use in high speed applications. this diode is RoHS compliant and is rated to withstand a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The maximum surge current rating of this device is 1kA, making it an excellent choice for any applications requiring high currents for short periods of time.
