The TPD4S012DRYR from Texas Instruments is an ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes 4Ch USB ESD Solution w/ Pwr Clamp. It is designed to provide USB ports protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) to protect systems and components from damage. This device is provides up to 20 channel TVS diodes and 30-pin QFN package. It includes a power clamp feature to site drain ESD current transients. Additionally, it offers low clamping voltage of 5V to protect information lines. This product also features the industry-leading ESD protection for human body model (HBM). The robust design meets JESD22 for A114-B and15kV HBM applications and is lead (Pb) free.
