The DP83848IVV/NOPB is an industrial temperature single-port Ethernet physical layer (PHY) integrated circuit (IC) by Texas Instruments. It is designed to provide flexible, interoperable and reliable Ethernet communication for industrial, consumer or automotive applications. It has the capability to support 10/100 Mb/s data transfer rate over standard twisted pair cables, and provide integrated protocol support for auto-negotiationmode, allowing for seamless connection and interoperability across a wide range of devices. In addition, the DP83848IVV/NOPB features low power consumption, low electromagnetic interference (EMI) and thermal cycling flexibility. With its industrial temperature rating of -40 to +85 deg Celsius, the device can be used in a wide range of applications, including industrial communication and automotive telematics systems.
