Additional Infomation About Product

The INA169NA/250 is an integrated current sense amplifier manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is optimized for low-side current sensing with a 0.250 Ohm current sense resistor in a PSSO (Power Single Small Outline) package. The device has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V and can sense currents up to 250mA. The INA169NA/250 has a fully integrated signal-conditioning amplifier which amplifies the differential voltage across the current sense resistor. This signal is then outputted as an analog voltage proportional to the input current. Additionally, the INA169NA/250 has on-chip protection features such as over-voltage, undervoltage, current limit, and thermal shutdown.
