Additional Infomation About Product

The LM3886T is a high-performance audio power amplifier from Texas Instruments intended for use in stereo and multi-channel audio applications. It is capable of delivering 68 watts per channel continuously into a 4 ohm load, with less than 0.1% total harmonic distortion. The device features a wide supply range from 16 V to 100 V and features adjustable gain and a built-in thermal and over-current protection circuitry. The inputs are electrostatically-protected against excessive voltages while the output stage features an additional companion output transistors that provide an improved load driving capability of up to 25A. Furthermore, the LM3886T is housed in an 8-pin PowerPAD surface mount package.
