The VND830P-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics Type R I V VIPower M0-3 technology. The VNQ830P-E is DS(on) OUT CC intended for driving any type of multiple load with (1) VNQ830P-E 65 m 6 A 36V one side connected to ground. 1. Per each channel. The active V pin voltage clamp protects the CC device against low energy spikes. Active current ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC over-load. The device detects the open-load guidelines condition in both the on and off-state. Very low standby current In the off-state the device detects if the output is CMOS compatible input shorted to V . The device automatically turns off CC On-state open-load detection in the case where the ground pin becomes Off-state open-load detection disconnected.
