Additional Infomation About Product

The MC34063EB-TR from STMicroelectronics is an adjustable-frequency current-mode PWM controller IC. It is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use in switched-mode power supplies, or DC/DC converters. It includes an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, oscillator, controlled duty cycle boost-upper output driver, and reset. The MC34063EB-TR has an adjustable oscillator frequency up to 500kHz and an adjustable 0.6-60V output voltage range. It is available in an 8-pin PDIP package and is RoHS compliant.
