Additional Infomation About Product

The Semtech GS1524ACKDE3 is a 0.8V/1.5V low noise, high efficiency analog-to-digital voltage converter designed for low-power applications. This low dropout (LDO) regulator boasts a power supply range of 0.6V to 1.8V, with an outstanding maximum output current of 150mA. Its 17µA quiescent current and low total harmonic distortion (THD) makes it ideal for powering low voltage, precision audio and video applications. This device has an impressive peak efficiency rating of 98% with an extremely low dropout voltage of 0.2V. It is also capable of operation at temperatures up to 125°C and comes in a tiny Max Power 2-segment 2.5mm x 2.0mm DFN package.
