The BU4S81G2-BZTR is an SSOP-5 RoHS compliant dual input NAND logic gate and inverter manufactured by ROHM. It is a surface-mount device, and provides two individually selectable complementary outputs (NAND/NOR) in a 5-pin package. The output of this device can be configured for either NAND or NOR logic operation depending on the voltage level of the select pin. The BU4S81G2-BZTR has a maximum rise time of 10ns and a maximum fall time of 7ns, and operates over an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The power dissipation of this device is 58mW.
