The BD8LA700EFV-CE2 is a low-side switch IC manufactured by ROHM. It features power distribution up to 8 channels, and an operating voltage range of 3-5.5V. Functional features include over temperature and over current protection, fast switching times, and low-current standby mode. It is a HTSSOP-B24 package, which is small enough for compact applications, while providing a wide range of input and output devices for an optimized overall system. It also features a built-in ESD protection circuit, allowing it to be used in applications with rapid voltage changes.
