RIoTboard Adapter for use with RIoTboard Quick Start Guide Adapter Accessory This Quick Start Guide introduces the adapter board accessory from element14 for use with the RIoTboard. This adapter is intended to provide interconnectivity interfacing between the RIoTboard and supported accessory types. Kit Contents A. Board RIoTboard Adapter front back B. Documentation Quick Start Guide (this document) Setting up the System* 1. The RIoTboard Adapter plugs into the RIoTboards 40- pin J13 expansion connector as shown in the image to the right. Make sure to disconnect power from the RIoTboard before inserting this adapter or any other accessory. J13 2. The RIoTboard Adapter can accept a variety of supported accessory types. An example showing an RIoTboard Adapter accessory connected to the RIoTboard Adapter connected to the RIoTboard is shown at the right. Make sure power is disconnected before adding or removing any accessory or the adapter itself.
