LYT4221E is a 1,200 V/1.5A Power Integrations converters. These converters are designed for use in high-power, high-efficiency, synchronous buck applications. They have a wide input voltage range of up to 24 V and are built with a robust gate drive, allowing for fast switching speeds, improved protection against output short-circuits and lower EMI. LYT4221E also features a built-in switching frequency correction circuit, which helps optimize performance regardless of input line or loading conditions.
