LYT1603D from Power Integrations is a high voltage synchronous rectifier controller designed for use in AC-DC power supplies. It features current-mode control and advanced current-limiting circuitry, providing an ideal solution for applications with up to 700W of output power. It provides a flexible architecture for powering a wide range of topologies, such as quasi-resonant flyback converters, forward converters, and half-bridge converters. Its compact 2mm x 3mm package size and integrated EMI filter minimize component and PCB space. It is optimized to minimize external component count and board size while also maximizing efficiency and power density. LYT1603D also offers over-voltage and over-current protection to ensure reliable power delivery.
