Additional Infomation About Product

The HCPL2631S with High Speed Optocouplers SO-8 HS LOGIC GATE is a high speed logic gate optocoupler manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It can couple a logic gate signal from a logic gate to another isolated logic gate, allowing higher switching speeds and improved electrical isolation. The device is encased in a single 8-pin SO package and operates with a maximum operating voltage range of 6.25V to 32V. This optocoupler features an extremely low propagation delay of 330ps, fast rise and fall times of 5ns and 10ns as well as a low input current of 4mA. It also includes common mode transient immunity of 40kV/µs and operates within a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
