Additional Infomation About Product

The ON Semiconductor AME8853-AET330 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-25 RoHS is a highly efficient, low profile device. It provides high current output and extremely low dropout, allowing operation down to 0.7 V. This makes it ideal for battery-operated applications or other applications requiring low quiescent current with minimal voltage overshoot. This ultra-compact three-terminal adjustable regulator features an output voltage that ranges from 0.8V to 3.3V and can supply up to 330mA of current. The device also features high PSRR and excellent temperature stability, making it well-suited for use in communications and computing applications. In addition, this LDO provides fast transient responses and is compliant with the RoHS directive.
