The AME8816BEHAADJZ is an SOP-8 package with a 150 mil pin spacing and RoHS compliance, manufactured by Analog Microelectronics. It is an ultra-low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed to provide power output ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V, adjustable via the onboard potentiometer. It is ideal for use in power-sensitive applications requiring extremely low quiescent current, like automotive, telecom, computing and industrial systems.
