Additional Infomation About Product

The BT148-400R127 is a Thyristor/Diode Module from NXP Semiconductors. This device is designed to control the flow of current in power control. It features an RTH (Reverse-Blocking Thyristor) configured in a four-quadrant configuration, with an independently controlled 127A rectifier diode. This module is capable of handling up to 400A of continuous current and 6000V for up to 25µsec at maximum loads. Additionally, the module has an in-built TVS device that helps to protect against overload and EMI.
