The Nexperia 74LVC1G175GV.125 is a 1x1-bit 3-state positive-level non-inverting SOT363 dual-gate logic IC. It contains a logic input, one input/output, and two outputs. It is a non-inverting logic buffer that has an open-drain feature for easy connection between two VCC power domains. The device is ideal for low-power applications due to its low-voltage operation of 1.2 V and 5 V tolerant inputs. The maximum power dissipation is 40 mW. This part is designed to be compatible with TTL levels and has a propagation delay time of 5.8 ns at 5 V and 8.9 ns at 3.3 V. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
