The 74HC574D.653 is a 8-bit D-type flip-flop with a 3-state output buffer from Nexperia. It is composed of 8 edge-triggered flip-flops/registers with transparent latch and 3-state outputs. Each of the registers is enabled and data loaded simultaneously on the rising edge of the clock input (CP). Data at the D-input is transferred to the Q-outputs when CP is high. The 3-state output buffers of the flip-flops can be enabled and disabled simultaneously by the Output Enable (OE) input. When OE is low, the Q-outputs are in a high-impedance state. This logic IC provides buffered clocks and data signals for parallel data acquisition and distribution of data.
