The 74AHCT1G14GW.125 is a single inverter gate made by the Nexperia company. It is used to convert a logic input signal into a complementary output signal, switching between logic high and low states. This device comes in an ultra-small Green-Chip strain relief package, with an operating temperature range of -40° to 125°C. It also has a low power consumption with an Iccmax rating of 25 µA, and is available in various supply voltage options from 1.8 V to 6.0 V. This device is particularly suitable for use in low-voltage digital logic circuits, such as in mobile and battery powered applications.
