The Nexperia 74AHC32D.112 is one of the Dual 4-input Positive Logic OR Gates with Schmitt trigger inputs. This logic gate is an alterative to older, larger CMOS AND gates and is ideal for mixed-signal applications that require low-noise and low-power inputs and outputs. It features Schmitt trigger inputs which allow it to perform better in noisy environments and is available in small packages such as MicroPack and SOT23-6. The 74AHC32D.112 devices are optimized for high speed and low power operation. They operate from 1.65V to 5.5V, accepts TTL input levels and are capable of driving a 15pF load from a 5V supply with a propagation delay of 20ns. The 74AHC32D.112 also provides an open-drain output for direct drive of high-capacitance loads or for debugging purposes. With low input leakage current and low dynamic power consumption, the Nexperia 74AHC32D.112 OR Gate is a great choice for applications that require low-noise inputs and outputs.
