The Nexperia 74AHC245D.112 is a 8-bit bidirectional bus transceiver specified for operation from 0 °C to 70 °C. The device is part of the Nexperia AHC family and offers a wide supply voltage operating range from 1.65 to 5.5 V. The device contains two sets of bus transceivers that are designed for asynchronous communication between data bus lines in two directions. The device has three-state outputs for bus extension and system expansion. It also features direction-controlled outputs for parking data EN signals. Separate Direction and Output Enable inputs with active low logic levels are provided for each bus so that data transmission can be controlled on both edges of the bus. In addition, both sets of transceivers can be disabled simultaneously via a single Output Enable input for high-speed bidirectional data flow control.
