The BLM15HG601SN1D is a ferrite bead manufactured by Murata and is designed for use on GHz tapes. It has an ohm rating of 600 and is a 0402 size. It works by suppressing the high-frequency noise that is generated from sources such as power supplies, signal lines, and I/O ports. It also helps protect circuits from the influence of outside electromagnetic interference. The circuit design on this type of ferrite bead allows it to attenuate high frequencies but allows lower frequency signals to pass through with minimal interference, making it an ideal choice for high-frequency applications.
