This MST9220BSF electronic device is a DC-DC Step-Up Adjustable Converter designed and manufactured by MST (Micro Status Technology). It has 6 pins in a small SOT-23-6 RoHS package and is primarily used in mobile multifunction design. The device is capable of converting two input voltage levels (1.2V to 6V and 2.5V to 10V) into a regulated output voltage up to 2.5V at up to 2A current. It is a high efficiency converter and its output voltage is adjustable within certain ranges and the output current accuracy is within 2%. It also features improved dynamic response, over current protection, over voltage protection, thermal protection and under voltage lockout (UVLO). Furthermore, it operates at high efficiency with low ripple and noise. Additionally, this device is RoHS compliant, which ensures that it does not contain hazardous materials or hazardous environmental pollutants.
