MST5633BTS is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SOT89-3 RoHS manufactured by MST. This part is designed to provide improved transient performance not available with typical LDOs. Output voltage is adjustable providing flexibility and save in system cost. This MST5633BTS LDO is rated for operation up to a 10V input voltage and it can deliver an output current up to 350mA.The MST5633BTS also features fast transient response and excellent PSRR performance over a wide frequency range.
