MP6600 35V, 1.5A, Stepper Motor Driver DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6600 is a stepper motor driver with a Wide 4.5V to 35V Input Voltage Range built-in translator and current regulation. Two Internal Full-Bridge Drivers Current sensing is internal and requires no Internal Current Sensing and Regulation external sense resistors. High integration and a Low On Resistance (HS: 195m, LS: small package size make the MP6600 a space- 170m) saving and cost-effective solution for bipolar No Control Power Supply Required stepper motor drives. Simple Logic Interface 3.3V and 5V Compatible Logic Supply The MP6600 operates from a supply voltage of up to 35V and can deliver motor currents up to Step Modes from Full-Step to Eighth-Step 1.5A (depending on PCB design and thermal 1.5A Output Current conditions). The MP6600 can operate a bipolar Automatic Current Decay stepper motor in full- half-, quarter-, or eighth- Over-Current Protection (OVP) step modes. Internal safety features include Input Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) over-current protection (OCP), input over- Thermal Shutdown and Under-Voltage voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage lockout Lockout (UVLO) Protection (UVLO), and thermal shutdown. Fault Indication Output Available in a QFN-24 (4mmx4mm) The MP6600 is available in a QFN-24 Package (4mmx4mm) package.
