MP1474 High-Efficiency, 2A, 16V, 500kHz Synchronous, Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP1474 is a high-frequency, synchronous, Wide 4.5V-to-16V Operating Input Range rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter 100m/40m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) with built-in power MOSFETs.
