proThe MKPV1G08CT-AF is a 1Gbit TSOP-48-18.4mm NAND FLASH ROHS device manufactured by Mkpro. It is a Non-volatile memory device composed of a single NAND Flash chip which operates in an 8-bit interleaved address/data multiplexed address/data bus offering high storage density.
