The MD7350H with Low Dropout Regulators is a three-pin surface mount device (SOT-89-3) that is RoHS compliant and manufactured by Mingda. It is a positive fixed voltage regulator that provides a low dropout of 60mV @ 10mA (typ), and has an input voltage of up to 40V and an output voltage of 5V with a maximum of 250mA. Its small size makes it ideal for a wide variety of power applications.
