The TC54VN2102EZB is a 1-channel Open Drain or Open Collector supervisor circuit that is housed in a TO-92-3 package and manufactured by Microchip. This chip provides an adjustable output voltage that can be used to detect input signaling networks, such as a low voltage or over-temperature warning. The TC54VN2102EZB also has an input reference circuit to monitor the input voltage against a fixed voltage and to trip a low-voltage alarm output. The device has an active-low reset output, as well as an open-drain or open-collector output for generating an active-low reset signal. With a maximum supply current of 600 µA, the TC54VN2102EZB offers low power consumption. Additionally, the device is intended for extended temperature range operation from -40°C to +125°C.
