TC54 Voltage Detector Features: General Description: 2.0% Detection Thresholds The TC54 series are CMOS voltage detectors espe- cially well-suited for battery-powered applications Small Packages: 3-Pin SOT-23A, SOT-89, and because of their extremely low 1 A operating current TO-92 and small surface-mount packaging.
