The TC426COA with Gate Drivers 1.5A Dual H-Speed is a full integrated gate driver circuit designed and manufactured by Microchip. It is designed for the efficient driving of high speed N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in high power switching applications such as isolated DC-DC converters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and other applications operating from 4V to 15V with output voltages up to 400V. It features high-efficiency gate drive currents of up to 1.5A with fast switching of the external power device on both the high and low-side. The chip has been designed with an extreme temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is housed in a wide temperature range package to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Other features include built-in protections such as output discharge on power-on reset, under voltage lockout, an adjustable dead-time, and protection against reverse polarity on the output.
