TC1412/TC1412N 2A High-Speed MOSFET Drivers Features General Description Latch-Up Protected: Withstands 500 mA Reverse The TC1412/TC1412N are 2A CMOS buffers/drivers. Current They do not latch up under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings.
