SY100ELT23L 3.3V Dual Differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL Translator Features General Description 3.3V Power Supply The SY100ELT23L is a dual differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL translator with +3.3V power supply. 2.0 ns Typical Propagation Delay Because LVPECL (low voltage positive ECL) levels are <300 ps Typical Within-Device Skew used, only +3.3V and ground are required. The small Differential LVPECL Inputs outline 8-lead SOIC package and low skew, dual gate 2 4 mA LVTTL Outputs design make the ELT23L ideal for applications that Flow-Through Pinouts require the translation of a clock or data signal. Available in 8-Lead SOIC Package The ELT23L is compatible with positive ECL 100K logic levels.
