MIC811MUY-TR is a voltage supervisor manufactured by Microchip. It is a low-power, fixed-voltage supervisor that uses an integrated MOSFET for fast power-on reset (POR) generation. The device operates over a wide voltage range of 1.235 V to 5.5 V, and uses a precision voltage threshold along with individual delay circuit for reset functionality. It is designed to detect and respond to power supply voltage transients and faults, and provides accurate and reliable supervisor functions. The device has a low supply current of 2 mA, wide input voltage range, and adjustable reset delays. It also features a reset flag output indicating device trip points. The MIC811MUY-TR is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
