MIC5331 Micro-Power High Performance Dual 300mA ULDO General Description Features The MIC5331 is a tiny dual low quiescent current LDO 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range ideal for applications that are power sensitive. The 300mA output current per LDO MIC5331 integrates two high performance, 300mA LDOs Very low quiescent current: 25A per LDO into a tiny 2mm x 2mm Thin MLF package, which High PSRR - >65dB on each LDO occupies less PC board area than a single SOT-23 package. Stable with 1F ceramic output capacitors The MIC5331 is designed to reject input noise and provide Tiny 8-pin 2mm x 2mm Thin MLF package low output noise with fast transient response to any load Ultra-low dropout voltage 120mV @ 300mA change quickly even though it is a low quiescent current Low output voltage noise 50Vrms part. This combination of PSRR, low noise and transient Thermal shutdown protection response along with low power consumption makes for a Current limit protection very high performance, yet general purpose product. The MIC5331 is a Cap design, operating with very small ceramic output capacitors, which reduces required board Applications space and component cost; and it is available in fixed Camera phones output voltages in the tiny 8-pin 2mm x 2mm Thin MLF leadless package.
