MIC5310 Dual 150mA Cap LDO in 2mm x 2mm MLF General Description Features The MIC5310 is a tiny Dual Ultra Low Dropout 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range (ULDO) linear regulator ideally suited for portable Ultra-low dropout voltage ULDO 35mV 150mA electronics due to its high power supply ripple High PSRR - >70dB 1KHz rejection (PSRR) and ultra low output noise. The Ultra-low output noise: 30V RMS MIC5310 integrates two high-performance 150mA ULDOs into a tiny 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF 2% initial output accuracy package, which provides exceptional thermal package Tiny 8-pin 2mm x 2mm MLF leadless package characteristics. Excellent Load/Line transient response The MIC5310 is a Cap design which enables Fast start up time: 30s operation with very small ceramic output capacitors Cap stable with 1F ceramic capacitor for stability, thereby reducing required board space Thermal shutdown protection and component cost. The combination of extremely low-drop-out voltage, high power supply rejection and Low quiescent current: 75A per output exceptional thermal package characteristics makes it Current limit protection ideal for powering RF/noise sensitive circuitry, cellular phone camera modules, imaging sensors for digital Applications still cameras, PDAs, MP3 players and WebCam applications Mobile phones The MIC5310 ULDO is available in fixed-output PDAs voltages in the tiny 8-pin 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF GPS receivers package which occupies less than half the board area Portable electronics of a single SOT-6 package.
