MIC5306 150mA Micropower Cap Baseband LDO General Description Features The MIC5306 is a micropower, Cap low dropout Input voltage range: 2.25V to 5.5V regulator designed for optimal performance in a small Ultra-low I : Only 16A operating current Q space. It is capable of sourcing 150mA of output current Stable with ceramic output capacitor and only draws 16A of operating current. This high Low dropout voltage of 45mV 100mA performance LDO offers fast transient response and good PSRR while consuming a minimum of current. High output accuracy - 1.0% initial accuracy Ideal for battery operated applications the MIC5306 - 2.0% over temperature offers 1% accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage Thermal Shutdown Protection (45mV 100mA). Equipped with a TTL logic compatible enable pin, the MIC5306 can be put into a Current Limit Protection zero-off-mode current state, drawing no current when disabled. Applications The MIC5306 is a Cap design, operating with very Digital Logic Power Supply small ceramic output capacitors for stability, reducing Stand-by power supply required board space and component cost. Cellular phones The MIC5306 is available in fixed output voltages in PDAs Thin SOT23-5 packaging.
