MIC5219 MIC5219 500mA-Peak Output LDO Regulator General Description Features The MIC5219 is an efficient linear voltage regulator with high 500mA output current capability peak output current capability, very-low-dropout voltage, and SOT-23-5 package - 500mA peak better than 1% output voltage accuracy. Dropout is typically 2mm2mm MLF package - 500mA continuous 10mV at light loads and less than 500mV at full load. 2mm2mm Thin MLF package - 500mA continuous The MIC5219 is designed to provide a peak output current for MSOP-8 package - 500mA continuous start-up conditions where higher inrush current is demanded. Low 500mV maximum dropout voltage at full load It features a 500mA peak output rating. Continuous output Extremely tight load and line regulation current is limited only by package and layout. Tiny SOT-23-5 and MM8 power MSOP-8 package The MIC5219 can be enabled or shut down by a CMOS or Ultra-low-noise output TTL compatible signal.
